Exchanges and Returns

RETAIL RETURNS 

Don't worry if the size doesn't fit or if you don't like it! Exchanges or returns with Canoan are safe. You have up to 60 days to exchange or return! This includes the entire process, from the request, shipping, arrival in the country, to the receipt of your voucher for a new purchase, or refunded amount.

Exchange/return requests must be made within 20 calendar days after receiving the package through email at sac@canoan.com.br or via mobile at +55 1999118-4231. We also have WhatsApp.

The items to be exchanged/returned must have both internal and external tags and be free of any signs of use. This ensures that our customers receive their products safely.

The shipping fee paid is non-refundable and is not accounted for in the exchange voucher, only the product value is refunded.

WHOLESALE RETURNS

All our products are manufactured under strict quality control.
Products with manufacturing defects, outside of quality standards or non-conforming with the purchase will be analyzed for returns.
