SHIPPING INFORMATION
After the payment confirmation, our staff will go to prepare the package and documentation to send it.
Shipping fees are calculated about the weight and location. It can vary according your country.
Is very important to know about rules and laws of importation in your country before you place your order.
The shipping fees are NOT included in the product prices. The freight is FOB (Free On Board), in the case the client assumes all the risk and costs of the freight.
The shipping services available are: Federal Express, Correios and Unicon Logistics.
The delivery time can vary according the location where you are.
The Canoan have no responsibility for wrong informations about address or documentations informed by the customers in the register. Be careful to fill it.
The deadline for delivery can change according with the type of freight chosen by the customer.
Canoan will not be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, customs clearance, or other regulations that apply in countries outside BRAZIL. It is the responsibility of Customer to pay the charges levied by the authorities and observe the respective regulations of the country in which he or she receives the products.
