Bank Deposit or Transfer to Banco do Brasil:

After the payment has been made send your receipt to the email sac@canoan.com.br along with the number of your request. If payment is not identified within 5 days, your order will be canceled.

Credit card:

Cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express or Hipercard.

Pagseguro:

- Credit Cards Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express or Hipercard

- Payout Payable.me: Payable at any bank (cash without discount).

All orders for products in stock will be shipped after payment confirmation.

For products in production, the shipping period will be increased on the freight display. It is worth remembering that this is the deadline for the production of the piece and that the delivery time of the Post Office should be contact from the posting on business days.

The payment confirmation period is from one (1) to two (2) business days.

After confirmation of payment, the order is prepared for shipment in the shipping area, if the products are delivered promptly shipping takes place in 1 to 2 business days. For orders finalized with products with different delivery times added to the same cart and only 1 freight paid, the longer term will be considered as the goods will follow in the same package. In case the customer opts for separate shipments you should contact us informing the number of your order and the additional freight amount will be calculated.
